Los Feliz Attic Conversion

We collaborated with TY Engineering to renovate a historic structure. In the process, we replaced a clumsy wood structure with minimal steel cables, opening up the triangular section. A new dormer provides light and views and an open stair to the floor below. This former storage space is now a conference room, bathroom, kitchenette, and open office.
